Connecting for Health. "Clinical Data Exchange Efforts in the United States: An Overview," 2005.

In preparation for the first meeting of Connecting for Health, a review of early models of community-based projects to gain an appreciation for the differing approaches as well as an opportunity to find some common themes. Connecting for Health staff interviewed individuals from the following community efforts:

    Healthcare)

  • Patient Safety Institute
  • Santa Barbara County Care Data Exchange (CareScience and California Healthcare Foundation)
