• State Legislation Tracking Center : The eHealth Initiative’s New State Legislation Tracking Center service lists state-by-state information on bills that have been proposed, are pending or have passed that involve health information technology or health information exchange.
• eHI Policy Summaries: eHI creates summaries of major federal legislative and Administration developments related to improving healthcare quality, safety and efficiency through HIT. Summary are produced on a regular basis by the eHI government affairs team.
