eHI Webinar Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship enables eHI to offer its webinars to a broad audience of national, state and local leaders across every sector of health care--free-of-charge. Sponsors have a number of alternatives to choose from with their sponsorship, ranging from providing support for individual webinars, to purchasing packages of sponsorships at a discount, to securing an exclusive sponsorship for a particular webinar (early commitment required).

1. Sponsoring Individual eHI Webinars
   Organizations can agree to sponsor individual webinars for $6,500 per webinar for non-members and $5,850 for eHI members. Up to three sponsors will be secured for each webinar.
   
   
2. Purchasing a Package of Sponsorships for Multiple eHI Webinars
   
   
   • Package of three eHI Webinars
     $17,550 nonmembers, $16,575 members (10% discount)
   • Package of six eHI Webinars
     $31,200 nonmembers, $28,080 members (20% discount)
     
     
3. Providing Exclusive Sponsorship of an eHI Webinar
   eHI members can also purchase an "exclusive" sponsorship for webinars at a fee of $15,000 per webinar. In order to secure an exclusive sponsorship, commitments must be made early.

BENEFITS FOR SPONSORS

1. Individual Sponsorships and Packages of Individual Sponsorships
   General sponsors of webinars purchased individually or in a package will enjoy the following benefits:
   
   
   • Introduce one of three speakers and moderate the Q&A for that speaker
   • Recognition in two email blasts to eHI's list of more than 15,000 individuals which include eHI members, eHI Connecting Communities members, national policymakers (Administration and Congress), state leaders, and key leaders across every sector of health care)
   • Recognition in three weekly eHI member newsletters
   • Recognition in two blasts to eHI's Connecting Communities Coalition
   • Recognition in two eHI monthly member meetings
   • Recognition in two eHI Connecting Communities meetings
   • Recognition on eHI's home page for three weeks prior to the event
   • Recognition on eHI's web site in education section for six months subsequent to the event
   • Receive attendee list, including participant names and organizations
   • Personal email connection/introduction to up to five participants with their consent
     
     
   Note that eHI will limit the number of sponsors to three per webinar.
   
   
2. Exclusive Sponsorships
   Those organizations who wish to exclusively sponsor a particular webinar will enjoy the following benefits:
   
   
   • Co-host the webinar with eHI staff or volunteer leadership
   • Make up to 10 minutes of remarks and provide up to three slides for the webinar
   • Introduce one of three speakers and moderate the Q&A for that speaker
   • Ability to provide a list of up to 20 preferred attendees, who eHI will personally reach out to, to invite them to the webinar
   • Recognition in two email blasts to eHI's list of more than 15,000 individuals which include eHI members, eHI Connecting Communities members, national policymakers (Administration and Congress), state leaders, and key leaders across every sector of health care)
   • Recognition in three weekly eHI member newsletters
   • Recognition in two blasts to eHI's Connecting Communities Coalition
   • Recognition in two eHI monthly member meetings
   • Recognition in two eHI Connecting Communities meetings
   • Recognition on eHI's home page for three weeks prior to the event
   • Recognition on eHI's web site in education section for six months subsequent to the event
   • Receive attendee list, including participant names and organizations
   • Personal email connection/introduction to up to ten participants with their consent
