Attendee Mailing List- $1,500 available to eHI members only who are exhibiting
Take advantage of exclusive rights to purchase attendee mailing lists for the Annual Conference & Awards Dinner. Send invitations or compelling direct mail to attendees before and after the conference. Attendee mailing list is exclusive to eHI Members who are exhibiting or sponsoring a conference/dinner activity. The attendee list will be provided to you in an electronic format that includes the following information: attendee name, title, company name, and complete mailing address.List will be provided one month prior to event and updated one week prior. Pre-Conference Deadline: November 3, 2008, Post-Conference Deadline: December 31, 2008.

Conference Portfolio-$6,000 eHI members only

Conference pens imprinted with your company name/logo will be given to all attendees.

Refreshment Break - $2,500 nonmembers, $2,250 members

Display your company name on signage and your logo on napkins throughout the break.

Seat Toppers - $2,000 nonmembers, $1,800 members

Companies can provide their own marketing piece to be dropped in a plenary session. $2,000

Luncheon and Presentations - $6,750 nonmembers, $6,500 members

Host a networking luncheon. Benefits include public recognition during the luncheon. Signage recognizing your organization placed at the luncheon.

Continental Breakfast- $4,500 nonmembers, $4,000 members

Each morning a continental breakfast will be provided for all attendees. For maximum exposure, food will be set up in the exhibit area.

Sponsor of Opening Reception for Awards Dinner on December 3- $16,500 nonmembers, $15,000 members

Exclusive sponsor recognition in an email from eHI's CEO to all award dinner participants thanking sponsor for the reception and inviting them to attend. Special recognition during the presentations. 10 minute remarks during reception by sponsor representative. Prominent display of sponsor's logo and materials at the reception. Display of sponsors logo on napkins. 5 Complimentary tickets to the awards dinner.

Sponsor of Opening Reception for Conference on December 4 - $16,500 nonmembers, $15,000 members

Exclusive sponsor recognition in an email from eHI's CEO to all conference participants thanking sponsor for the reception and inviting them to attend. Special recognition on the agenda of reception sponsor. 10 minute remarks during reception by sponsor representative. Prominent display of sponsor's logo and materials at the reception. Display of sponsors logo on napkins. Exhibit space.

eHI Supported Exclusive VIP Dinner for States and Communities Hosted by eHI CEO and Sponsor Organization 4- $25,000 available to eHI members only

eHI's CEO will send personal invitations to up to 25 communities or organizations (selected by sponsor) to attend special dinner on December 4th, immediately following the welcome reception. Invitation will specify that sponsor is hosting the dinner. eHI's CEO will also join the sponsor dinner upon sponsors request. NOTE: Dinner logistics and arrangements will be organized and paid for by sponsor organization, not eHI. Sponsor organization will receive RSVPs, select location, and bear the costs of the dinner
