Sandra G. Morris is a Senior Manager of healthcare benefits design and implementation for The Procter & Gamble Company. Her responsibilities include the strategic development, deployment and administration of health care benefits for P&G's 17,000 U.S. Product Supply employees. Sandra completed her undergraduate studies in nursing at Darton College and Georgia Southwestern College, graduate studies in nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, post-graduate studies in leadership at Florida State University, and ICPM Professional Manager Certification. After thirteen years as a critical care nurse, nursing supervisor and nursing professor, Sandra joined Procter & Gamble in 1990 and has since served in several healthcare management and human resources roles. Sandra specializes in designing healthcare benefits for quality of care enhancement and cost containment.
Sandra has served on the Georgia Self-Insurer's Association Board of Directors, the Georgia Employers Health Care Coalition, and the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati's Diabetes Task Force. She currently serves on the Ingenix Employer Advisory Board, the eHealth Initiative Employer/Purchaser Advisory Group, the eHealth Initiative Leadership Council, the One Way Farm Childrens home Board of Directors and is a member of the Care Focused Purchasing Group.
