The 2012 Annual Conference, Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease: Improving Care Through eHealth brought together over 300 multi-stakeholder participants in the healthcare industry working to drive improvement in the quality, safety and efficiency of healthcare through information technology.

The conference focused on how eHealth tools and resources can help address the most critical healthcare problems facing our nation (i.e. heart disease, cancer and diabetes).

Speakers and panels provided specific examples to demonstrate how care coordination, accountable care, mhealth, analytics, and data exchange are making significant improvements in both patient care and overall healthcare cost savings.
