Tim Thomas is the Director of Financial Applications for Information Resource Management (IRM) Division of Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS). In this role Tim is responsible for all aspects of implementation, support and regulatory change management for both the hospital financial services division including supply chain management, payroll and personnel systems and Executive Support Systems as well as the Patient Financial Services Division including, Admissions, Medical Records and Billing systems and applications. Tim is also responsible for a team who develops custom and innovative reporting options for customers of INHS. During his tenure at INHS, Tim has partnered with area hospitals on implementation of new regulatory initiatives providing the leading IT role on such items as HIPAA Administrative 4010 Transaction Sets and the new 5010 enhancements, ICD-10 analysis and implementation and several intermediary changes.

Tim has worked in the health information technology field for more than 25 years and has been with INHS since its inception in 1994.
